Task: Review Client Acceptance Procedure And Criteria
During the life of the Service Engagement, the Client Acceptance Procedure and Client Acceptance Criteria may need to be updated to reflect certain situations that may have arisen.

It is the responsibility of the Engagement Manager to ensure that the acceptance procedure and criteria reflects the current processes at all times.

As a result, the Engagement Manager should periodically review the procedures to compare it against both the actual processes and procedures used. Since large or complex changes within the Service Engagement may significantly change, all required updates to the SGP should be identified.

Having identified that updates are needed to the procedures and obtaining the appropriate approval needed, the Engagement Manager should then make the relevant changes to the procedures. On completion, the Engagement Manager must ensure that the relevant review and approval process defined in the Change Control stream is followed.
